Sign up now to join us on Make Music Day - 11.30am-2pm Sat 21st June! 🎶😎
Only performers who have signed up online, can join the ensemble at Regents Park Bandstand on Make Music Day, Saturday 21 June 2025.
This beautiful venue is within Regents Park, and we'll be under and around the bandstand so that everyone has space to perform.
We thank our supporters, the Regents Park Music Festival and Making Music, for making this superb venue possible.
Use public transport if possible - Baker Street station is closest.
Timetable:

11.30 am - register and collect music
12.00 - 12.50 pm - performance
12.50 - 1.10 pm - break
1.10 - 2.00 pm - performance
Performance programme:
You will be sent this by email with a link to the music for your instrument or voice part, about 3/4 weeks before the concert.

We will provide:
A chair
Only if you asked for it to be printed, your sheet music
We will not be printing extra copies if you said you would bring your own!
Essential to bring with you:
Music stand (not required for choir)
Pegs to secure your sheet music
Suitable clothes (check the weather - we will be outside!)
Sun protection if required (sun cream, hat etc.)
Instrument or singing voice
Water
What happens if it rains?
We do not have much roof cover at our performance location.
The bandstand is nowhere near big enough for all of us!
We may have to cancel in really severe wet and windy weather, or of course a heatwave.
If this is likely, a warning email will be sent to participants the day before, followed by a final decision message by 9am on the day.
